Language access services for everyone

Getting good health care means understanding what your doctor says. Our plan makes this easier for everyone!

Are you an older adult who speaks a language other than English? Do you have a disability that makes reading hard? We have special help just for you!

Free services we offer

  • Interpreters who speak your language.
  • Data CD.
  • Large-print materials.
  • Materials in Braille.

These services are your right as a member. When you can understand your doctor and your health plan, you can make better choices about your health. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Using these services is easy! Just call Member Services at 1.800.391.2000 at least seven days before your appointment. Tell us what language or other service you need. We will do the rest!
