Keep yourself and your family covered. You must renew your Medi-Cal every year. Make sure that Medi-Cal has your current address, email, and phone number. You don't want to miss your renewal packet or notices. If you have not received a notice or renewal packet, log in to your BenefitsCal portal to check your status.

Submit your packet and documents:

• Log in to your BenefitsCal account at www.benefitscal.com.
• Mail your completed packet or needed documents to P.O. Box 511, Bakersfield, CA 93302-9985.
• Call 1.800.391.2000 and select option 9 for over-the-phone help.
• Go in person to your nearest County Department of Human Services office or to KFHC.
