You have the right to an interpreter for any health care appointment, day or night. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no cost to you.

How to get your interpreter:

• For Medicare, call KFHC at 1.866.661.3767 or 1.661.716.5342.
• For Medi-Cal, call KFHC at 1.800.391.2000.

Be ready to tell us:

• Your member ID number
• Date and time of your appointment
• Location (clinic or hospital name)
• Your doctor's name
• Reason for visit (checkup, test, surgery, or therapy)

That's it! Our staff will arrange everything. We will find and confirm an interpreter for your appointment.
