- February 28, 2025 Bidders Questions Due (2:00 PM PST) Please e-mail.
- March 14, 2025 KHS will e-mail responses to all Bidders
- March 28, 2025 Proposals due (2:00 PM PST)
- May 6, 2025 Proposals Review Finalization
- May 7 – 30, 2025 On-site/ Virtual presentations
- June 19, 2025 Proposed contract presented to KHS Board for approval
- June 20, 2025 Award Announcement
All Proposals must be received by KHS no later than March 28, 2025, 2:00 p.m.. Late Proposals will NOT be considered or accepted.
